It is called "水蒸&lt;span lang="zh-Hans" lang="zh-Hans"&gt;包".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The lady boss which is from China said the bao is cooked on a pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, the pan is covered with oil. Then, the baos are put on the pan and pour a bit of water after that. Cover the pan for a few minutes and voila!
